Real Estate_Air B N B Assistant

I am looking for someone experienced to join me and my team for Real Estate Development; buying and selling houses and be a co-host for my Air B N B. Looking for someone with experience who is good with following up with leads, working a CRM (Follow UP Boss), basic Graphic Design skills, managing expenses and keeping up with duties for listing homes.
