If you possess excellent English communication skills, are confident in handling objections, and can convert calls into in-person appointments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven sales track record in real estate cold calling and lead conversion
- Strong English dialogue, as close to native as possible
- Experience with Mojo Dialer and CRM platforms like Follow Up Boss
- Comfortable making calls and handling objections, even in the face of occasional rudeness
- Access to dependable internet and a quality phone headset to minimize noise
- Organized, detail-oriented, and serious about joining a growing team

Requirements:
- Must be available to work in the Central Time Zone
- Fearless in making calls and handling rejections
- Skilled at converting calls into in-person appointments
- Coachable
