Duties & Responsibilities
• Export and create custom reporting which aggregates input extracted from multiple sources into intuitive output for productivity analysis and resource forecasting (data mining and report creation)
• Conduct data audit, fact checking and validation of the quality and integrity of data
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way
• Deliver in-depth analysis on business performance (trends/funnels) and drivers, as well as forecasts and target and define, track and report key metrics to assess overall business health
• Maintain and analyze records of actual workload volumes compared to forecast. Understand reasons for variance and recommend changes to enhance forecast accuracy and effectiveness
• Develops and enhances the spreadsheets and databases functionality such as usage of forms, templates, logic and functions


Requirements
* Must have at least 5 years’ of working experience in the related field for this position
* Required skills are MS Excel (Power Query and Pivot tables), Data Audit, Data Integrity, Data Analytics, Basic Power BI
* Experience in advanced trend analysis and ability interpret data to provide recommendations to drive key business decisions
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable sights
* Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
