**Hiring: Skilled Construction Worker**

**Requirements:**
- Min 2 years construction experience
- Valid passport
- Expertise in converting a 17x16 garage into a living space

**Responsibilities:**
- Framing work (walls, windows, doors)
- Sheetrock/drywall installation
- Plumbing installation for bathroom/kitchen
- Flooring installation
- Electrical work (wiring, panels, switches, outlets)
- Reading construction plans and blueprints
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Regular communication with project managers and contractors
- Assisting in other construction-related tasks

**Skills/Qualifications:**
- Experience in framing, plumbing, flooring, electrical work
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail, team player, excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with safety protocols
