About the Role

The Digital Marketing Expert is a key support position for the company and is a full-time
position. You will be responsible for managing our CRM Active Campaign, email sequence,
landing pages, and more!


You are the ideal candidate if you:

1. Know CRMs inside & out - at least 2 years experience with Active Campaign,etc
2. You LOVE tech and know too many tech platforms to list!
3. You’re proficient in Gdrive, GSuite and tech platforms
4. You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off
the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
5. You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable & dependable to get
consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks associated with various projects.
6. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
7. Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
8. Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
9. Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
10. You are tech-savvy, figure out new digital programs & tools without much hand-holding
11. You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech & automation to save time


Job responsibilities:

1. CRM database management, email sequence, provide technical support
2. Troubleshooting in Active Campaign.
3. Database management, and provide technical support
4. Email sequences, email organization, email segmenting, and scrubbing email list also,
updating & Scheduling email sequences.
5. Managing email marketing tasks: setting up, tracking and updating our CRM
6. Making sure Naming Protocol is being followed
7. Providing tech support, troubleshooting and fixing tech glitches, submitting support
tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues
8. Creating/ editing membership courses
9. Tech Wellness Checklist with account (Monthly)
10. Assisting with Launches & Content Marketing Team as needed
---------- lendar management & updates in Gcal and web portal
12. Create on-brand landing pages for conversions
