Full time SEO/Link building assistant required

I run a link building service, that specialises in guest posting. I’m looking for a full time assistant to help me run the technical side of the business.

I have an existing database of blogs I’ve worked with in the past. Most of your tasks will be working from this database.

My clients will place orders and your task will be to go through my database and find suitable blogs to pitch to them.

Ie – budget of $2k, minimum DA of 20, minimum trust flow of 10, maximum cost per link of $200. You then sort the database using excel and fine suitable blogs that we can pitch to the client.

Full training will be provided.

You will have to contact all the blogs using buzzstream, email, twitter, facebook, etc and have them agree to the link opportunity. You will have to see the link order through, negotiate & supply content, ensure the link goes live, etc.

Your other tasks will include:
• Ensuring clients projects are completed from start to finish
• Choosing suitable link opportunities from the database to pitch to clients (based on their industry, minimum DA, cost per link, etc) (full training provided)
• Answering blogger & client emails (full training provided)
• Negotiating guest post placements & costs with bloggers (full training provided)
• Maintaining a database of blogs (excel & Buzzstream)
• Reach out to bloggers and negotiate guest posts (full training provided)
• Follow up with bloggers via email, twitter, Facebook, skype, etc. (full training provided)
• Assessing clients backlink profile (full training provided)
• Keeping blog stats up to date in the database (Moz, Majestic, Scrapebox) (full training provided)
• Managing other virtual assistants & ensuring they fulfil their tasks.
• Brainstorming content titles (full training provided)
• Checking content for quality and ensuring all links work


What kind of an employee am I looking for?

I am looking for a smart, motivated person, who has SEO experience, specifically in link building. You should be up to date with current SEO practices and have built links in the past. Any experience with guest posting will be looked upon favourably.

Experience with any of the following programs is a bonus, but training can be provided for most of them:

• Buzzstream
• SEO Moz
• Majestic SEO
• Excel
• Scrapebox
• Thunderbird/email management software

Other requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Onpage SEO
• Link building
• Fluent English skills
• Be available 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

You should have very strong/fluent English skills. You will need to answer emails every day and some skyping will be required.

You will need to know link building and be able to assess a strong link opportunity.
