Telephone Sales Appointment Setter + Transfer Agent

We are a marketing company and we provide telephone calls and marketing leads to companies.

You will be Working 30 Hours Per Week In Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST) - Hours Range From 10am to 7pm EST (Hours Are Variable)

You will be calling leads from our ad campaigns or aged lead list & issuing an assessment and ask a few questions.

You will use our script and then transfer the call to either our sales team, our clients call center, or set a general time for us to call them back that day if they are interested in the product or service.

We keep our scripts super simple and your job is to move the potential customer along in the process.

1.) You will contact leads via telephone / CRM.

2.) Ask To Speak To The Prospect & Issue An Assessment Or Read The Script

3.) Take Notes & Generate Interest From The Caller. Transfer the lead (individual) to our sales team or assigned call center for further conversation or set a time for our appointment setting team to call back.

4.) Follow Up With Leads As Needed.

Other Virtual Assistant Tasks such as (but not limited to) email, virtual assistant tasks, calling & following up on other leads, and inputting customer/lead information into CRM or slack as directed.

We Use Podio For our CRM and we also use an auto dialer as well.

You will be trained & You will be paid weekly.
We give bonuses & commissions for high performers!
