We’re looking for a diligent and proactive Administrative Assistant who has experience in performing administrative tasks and providing support to
Responsibilities:
- Update the company inventory across different sales channels
- Produce and compile advertising reports
- Track customer returns and inform the team of needed refunds
- Research tasks
- Documentation and updating the company's processes
- Providing administrative support to tea
Required skills and qualifications
- High integrity and comfortable in handling confidential information
- Fluent in English
- Can work under pressure
- Available to work 40hrs/week on German time
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Amazon seller central, Shopify
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
