Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing healthcare company based in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into customers. Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and develop effective lead generation strategies.
Utilize various channels, including cold calling,
Engage with potential leads through phone calls,
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, such as blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to attract and engage potential leads.
Monitor and manage lead databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.
Implement lead scoring systems and qualification criteria to prioritize and focus efforts on leads with the highest potential.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and provide support in converting leads into customers.
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation activities and optimize strategies for improved results.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote our services, and generate leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential leads.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology, services, and customer pain points.
Experience using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance in healthcare.
