JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced eBay & Website Store Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage our eBay store and website store, including creating listings, managing post-sale activities, and optimizing inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Listing Management:

Create compelling and accurate product listings on eBay and our website store.
Write engaging product descriptions, include relevant keywords, and optimize listings for search visibility.
Upload high-quality product images and videos to enhance the listings.
Regularly review and update existing listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Post-Sale Activities:

Process orders, including order confirmation, packaging, and ---------- municate with customers regarding order status, tracking information, and any inquiries or issues.
Coordinate returns, exchanges, and refunds as per our policies.
Provide excellent customer service, promptly responding to customer queries and resolving ---------- ventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate product availability on eBay and the website store.
Coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock when needed.
Implement effective inventory control measures, including tracking and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Performance Optimization:

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize product pricing, promotions, and discounts to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to our eBay and website stores.
Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers through effective communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing our products and services.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing eBay and website stores.
Proficient in eBay Seller Hub, listing tools, and website CMS platforms.
Strong knowledge of eBay policies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication ---------- tail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a full-time position that may require occasional work during evenings or weekends, especially during peak sales periods.
