Job Description:
-Managing organizational sales by developing business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
-Hiring of sales person
-Meeting planned sales goals and quotas
-Coaching and Mentoring
-Setting and tracking individual and group sales targets with the sales team.
-Overseeing activities and performance of sales team
-Coordinating with Marketing on lead generation
-Initiate training for salesperson
-Willing to work Monday to Friday at Wilson San Juan City
