Logical Choice is a leading specialist recruitment agency based in Japan, focused on sourcing top-tier bilingual talent for a range of industries, but with a particular focus on Professional Services (Consulting), Life Sciences, Technology, Consumer and Luxury sectors.

We are currently looking for a candidate researcher

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for various job positions.
• Utilize online platforms, databases, and networking to source and discover qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and develop candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative candidate attraction
methods.
• Provide timely updates and progress reports to the recruitment team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle candidate information with professionalism
and integrity.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in candidate research / sourcing or a strong desire to learn
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience using online platforms, databases, and search techniques for
candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates from
various backgrounds
• Attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications based on job
requirements.

Preferred:
• Business level or above in Japanese
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and quick learner with a passion for staying updated on industry
trends
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work
independently or as part of a team.
• Confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive candidate information.
