Job Description:
We are a credit repair company seeking an experienced Credit Dispute Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in credit disputing and must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

Handling all credit repair tasks for clients, which include preparing dispute letters, faxing letters and following up with clients to keep them up-to-date with the progress.
Responding to clients' inquiries in a timely manner.
Providing excellent customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and ---------- municating effectively with tea ---------- mbers to ensure seamless operation of tasks.
Maintaining accurate records of all activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in credit disputing.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, during USA day time Eastern Time.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Should have access to high-speed internet and a reliable computer.
Should be committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Should be a quick learner and able to adapt to changes in procedures.
