Recruitment Officer

- Experiences in handling New Zealand market and screening candidates documents

- Minimum of three (3) years experience as Recruitment Officer

- Maintains participant and placement roster and identifies job opportunities
- Implements efficient internal and external recruitment processes

- Provides up-t-date recruitment knowledge and trends for multinationals

- Collaborates with accoounts/principals to fulfill their recruitment needs

- Executes pre-screening and final interviews for junior and mid-level positions
