Context:
We run a media agency that helps repurpose long-form videos into TikToks, YT Shorts and Instagram Reels. We're fully remote and work with really awesome large content creators!


Job:
Currently looking for someone to watch content from specific influencers and find clips of 1 minute or less that will be used as TikToks/Shorts/Insta Reels for the video editor.

Ideally you need to consume/produce shorts/tiktoks regularly, and understand viral content and human psychology.

At the ---------- nt, we need 50 clips per month. There will also be more volume soon.

TL;DR
Tasks:
- Watch specific content
- Find clips (1' or less) that can go viral (we have a list of criteria to help you)
- Record clips
- Put everything on a Google Drive


Must Have
1. Fluent in English
2. Reliable and trustworthy
3. Work in flexible time zones
4. Watches TikTok/Youtube Shorts regularly
5. Understanding of what gets viral
6. Is interested by the business/tech niche

Salary:
You'll be paid ---------- USD to edit the select 150 videos monthly.
