Bilingual Case Coordinator (Chinese/English)

We are a company based in US servicing local community, helping elderly and handicapped with activities of daily living to remain independent at home. We are looking for Bi-lingual Case Coordinators/Schedulers who can work for us remotely. Chinese and Spanish Speaking individuals who are people oriented, with great customer service and call center experience are needed. Must be able to:
• Review, Screen and prioritize and monitor cases
• Match clients with home health aides
• Orient Home Health Aides on every new case available
• Contact referring Agencies for available cases
• Computer literate to document every phone call
