Property Management VA

Summary: Property Management Company in the United States looking for an experienced PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to join our team! Minimum 3 years full-time experience working as a property management VA for long term rentals with a US-based company. Monthly Salary: $700 with bonus on top.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year of AppFolio Software Experience.
• Minimum 3 years full- time experience working as a Property Manager for LONG TERM rentals with a US-based company.
• High English Proficiency – Both written and spoken.
• Computer Access with good home internet connection - A Dual Monitor setup will be required for you to purchase within 2 months.
• Background in Real Estate Transactions / Social Media Marketing is a PLUS.
• Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix errors.
• Strong organizational skills (prioritization, time management).

Essential Job Duties:
• Screening prospective tenants by reviewing their applications, checking references, and conducting background and credit
checks.
• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries about properties available to be leased.
• Process lease signing and lease renewals
• Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate property maintenance requests with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including leases, renewals, rent payments, and security deposits, entering
bills.
• Other duties as assigned.
