Ecommerce VA - Shopify/Woocomerce/SMM/CS

Looking for all around VA, someone who has extensive experience and knowledge about eCommerce.
Basically, the role is a general VA so we will need help with small daily day tasks on our store and some personal tasks that CEO is handling now to free up his time.

Responsibilities:
-Research and Report
-Job post draft, shortlisting, Invites (Upwork/LinkedIn..) Into call with candidates if needed.
-Inventory Management - Order Fulfillment
-Customer support Email / comment answering, chargeback disputes management.
-Social media management (research about the video or looking for influencer or anything related)?-Shopify dashboard
-Alibaba product sourcing?- Product development
-Calendar Management
-Financial report
-Data Entry?-Invoice Management/payment?-Small Personal tasks (planing, searching, communication, vendor relationship support, email management…)??
Responsibilities might look alot but its not going to be all on a daily basis. There are some tasks that repetitive but not all. There are various of the tasks and you do not have experience on all, if you are just willing to be learning so then you can make all these tasks easily. You will be the one of the first tea ---------- mber on that project but you are backed up with the 6 years experienced Ecommerce company that doing 8 figure yearly portfolio. So you will be the one of the future 8 figure company’s first person so, when those tasks got overwhelming which means the project got bigger you will be potentially the anger of the new hires we will hire. So you need to have big visions to handle this responsibility. Since the responsibilities are various need someone who is super organized and detail oriented.
