Cold Caller/Lead Generation Specialist

We are a growing company (Professional Carpet & Tile Cleaning Services Company) that is looking for an experienced and resourceful cold caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, making cold calls, and booking appointments.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct cold calls to potential clients and generate leads
-Schedule appointments with potential clients for us.
-Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to maintain relationships and close deals
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are being followed up and appointments are being booked
-Continuously update and maintain the customer database
-Provide feedback to management on leads generated and appointments booked

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
-Results-driven and target-oriented
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be committed, willing to be trained, kind, and honest at all times
