Leasing Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Leasing Officer will be responsible in all aspects of store leasing or acquisition of new store such as:
• Sourcing prospective areas/locations to lease
• Prepares and process leasing applications and requirements and review the lease of contract agreement
• Coordinates and negotiates with the mall administrators
• Coordinates and negotiates with contractors for the store construction process
• Prepare and process the requirements for opening/closing of the store/branch
• Assist in monitoring and processing of store business permit

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of any business courses
• Proficient in English communication skills both verbal and written, with negotiation skills, market networking, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
