We are currently looking for an Outreach Healthcare Insurance Representative to obtain enrollment information from ABA clinics. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge about US healthcare insurance, and be proficient in conducting web research and compiling data from various sources including online databases, directories, and clinic websites. Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google-based research is essential. Familiarity or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a plus but not required. The individual must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable communicating via email or phone to obtain information. Autismdex is a startup health platform founded in the United States that’s focused on helping those searching for treatment options for loved ones who have been diagnosed with Autism by providing an easy to use search engine and tools designed to deliver necessary and extensive information needed to find and select the best treatment options.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and gather information on ABA clinics and their insurance policies.
• Contact ABA clinics via email or phone to obtain enrollment information and ensure accuracy of information. • Compile information gathered into a Google Sheet document for tracking and record keeping.
•Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure that the information collected is accurate and up-to-date. • Update the database regularly to reflect any changes or updates to enrollment information.
• Communicate effectively with ABA clinics to ensure getting correct information.

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in healthcare insurance or other related field.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google-based research.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity or knowledge of ASD is a plus but not required.
• Weekly updates on project progress is a requirement.


This is a full-time position, The salary is negotiable and subject to performance-based increases. We love giving out discretionary performance BONUSES!
