VA required to assist the Manager of an Australian telecommunications business.
We have a small team of Australian based and 5 Filipino staff.
VA role will consist of the following tasks:
- assist manager with transcription of videos and recordings to create new training materials
- create training videos using screen capture
- update our Zoho knowledge base/s
- assist billing team with adding new accounts and service to the billing platform
- assist with new orders
- assist with editing call recordings
- manage
- manage phone calls and direct to the correct tea
- undertake some bookkeeping
- manage linkedin for multiple staff
Desired Experience
