We are a fast-growing 5* vacation rental management company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Guest Experience Representative to join our team full time. As a Remote Guest Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, GHL,
- Verify arrivals, assign lock codes, and flag early/late check-in or check-out requests
- Monitor alerts and escalate VIP or urgent issues when needed
- Handle internal reviews, update listing info, and log technical issues
- Collaborate with Reservations, Vendor Scheduling, and other internal teams
- Ensure all shift tasks are completed and properly handed over

As a Remote Guest Experience Representative, you will be responsible for managing the guest journey, from initial inquiry, to booking, responding to guest reviews, and ensuring that all guests have a seamless experience. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that our properties are ones we all take pride in, scheduling and tracking maintenance requests and tasks based off guest requests / feedback. You will actively involve yourself in the sales pipeline knowing this is the lifeblood of the company, following up with leads by phone call, text and call backs.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and little to no accent to effectively communicate with sales leads and potential guests. You are courageous and daring, willing to pick up the phone and lean into making connections MORE personal with both sales leads and in resident guests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST, as is a PASSION for providing exceptional customer 5* service. We work with a LOT of film and production clientele here for major motion feature films + high end shorter term stays.
