Phone Sales

We are seeking an individual to work for our busy medical spas in Canada. This position involves answering phones, phoning potential clients to explain our services—and highlighting the benefits of our award-winning clinic. You enjoy calling people or business, and be a person who is able to form connections quickly and convert them into a client. This takes a special kind of person who combines empathy with practical communication skills.

Qualities we are looking for:
1) Strong Sales: Active listening, excellent interpersonal skills in both speak and writing. People say that you are a great saleperson. You can sell "ice to the eskimos".
2) Time management: you are organized and can track your progress on an excel sheet and rate the quality of the leads. Your commission will be based on this.
3) Resilience: you can successfully reach a minimum of 50+ patient a day, 5-15 min/call, with a proven conversion rate of 10%-30% . Pick up the phone within 2 ring, answering to email and text expediently. *A successful conversion rate is when you get our patient booked for a consultation.
4) Problem- solving, think on your feet and find creative solutions to over come objection and obstacles during a phone sales
5) Knowledge and passion: You enjoy phone sales, people and like the anti-aging industry and would like to help people on their journey to rejuvenation
6) Reliability: You show up to work on time, work in the Vancouver Canada Pacific standard time zone and respect the work schedule assigned.
