Programmer / eLearning Developer (MOODLE)

Computer programmer is tasked with designing and creating software programs, integrating systems and software, training end-users, analysing algorithms, modifying source-code, writing system instructions, debugging, and maintaining operating systems.
Must also be knowledgeable in eLearning systems (MOODLE). Must be knowledgeable in devising strategies to identify and provide student needs, designing a user-friendly interface, performing extensive research and analysis, and performing regular maintenance checks to ensure efficiency and smooth performance.


MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coding and ---------- signing and testing computer structures.
Troubleshooting system errors.
Writing computer instructions.
Managing database systems.
Maintaining operating systems.
Editing source-code.
Profiling and analyzing algorithms.
Implementing build systems.
Providing tech support.



Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any Information Technology related course
At least 3 year relative work experience
Knowledgeable in different eLearning ---------- P, Joomla, HTML, CSS, C++, Java experience

End user-oriented.
Expert IT skills.
Strong aptitude for math.
Advanced knowledge of operating systems.
