We are a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency based in New York State that focuses on brand strategy, design, and innovation. And we are seeking for a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Set up and deploy paid media campaigns across various different social channels
Develop effective media strategies
Build and implement strategies and campaigns
Identify target audience and plan media campaigns according to gathered data
Optimize plan and maximize budget according to the best media mix
Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
Monitor ad costs and ROAS
Reviewing competitors’ advertisements to identify new trends or techniques that could be applied to current/new campaigns
Analyze and optimize campaign performance and suggest new strategies to improve and develop existing/upcoming campaigns
Create client proposals for new campaign strategies
Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
Weekly/Monthly reporting of progress
Conduct in-depth research to stay up to date with the new marketing trends
Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of Paid media/media buying experience
Experience working for a creative agency or marketing and advertising agency
Experience handling E-commerce brands
Previous social media marketing experience
Experience drafting content and designing ads for paid media campaigns
Experience with Google Ads
Must have a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, and Google Adwords
Excellent organizational and time management skills
SEO experience is a PLUS
Must have good communication skills
Must have proven experience handling low and high ads budget
