Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As an integral part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through chats,
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient service by answering customer inquiries via chat,
Understand customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complicated customer issues.
Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online communication platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Customer Service or a related field is a plus.
