Middle America Homes is a real estate solutions company based out of Fort Wayne, IN. We wholesale real estate in the Midwestern United States. We are looking for someone to fill a gap in our company in the dispositions department.

As a Disposition Marketing Specialist/Sales Development Rep, your primary role will be to oversee our marketing channels and ensure that they are generating a steady stream of buyer leads. This requires a high level of creativity and inspiration, as you will need to constantly come up with new and innovative ways to attract potential Upgrade to see actual info addition to managing our marketing efforts, you will also be responsible for handling the leads that come in. This involves calling each lead, qualifying them, and then passing on any hot buyer leads to our disposition manager. By doing so, you will help to alleviate some of the workload from our disposition manager, allowing him to focus solely on the most qualified buyers who are ready to make a purchase.

Pay Structure:
Starting pay of $3 - $7+ USD/hr with $75 commission for each closing. This position will not be stagnant and will have many opportunities for growth.
