JOB OVERVIEW

Genius Games is looking for a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator! We’re looking for someone who is highly self-directed, organized, and analytical. Someone who is personable and who loves solving challenging puzzles, and is also not afraid to try new things, test things out and make progress by trial and error. Someone who thrives in an atmosphere where giving and receiving feedback is the norm. Most importantly, this person finds meaning and fulfillment in using their skills to personally and directly help drive the growth of a small company.

This role could either be a part-time or full-time job. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work a portion of their hours during the US Central Standard Time Zone (CST) to meet with our team, while their other hours can be worked whenever they wish.

If you’re just looking for another job, this position isn’t for you. If you don’t love working your rear off as a critical part of a team, growing something that really matters, and learning a bunch along the way, then this isn’t the position for you.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing and Advertising Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across our paid ads including Facebook ads, Google Ads, and other paid ads platforms. They also are a major participant in paid ads graphics designs – look and feel.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE CHARACTERISTICS AND REQUIREMENTS:

-At least 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaign management and other paid ads platforms
-Develop and execute effective Facebook advertising campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales for our business.
-Proficient in tracking and reporting Google Analytics and all other tracking and reporting tools
-Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices, and apply them to our campaigns.
-Strong understanding of ad platform policies, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
-Highly Analytical as well as Creative
-Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic
-Needs to have excellent English communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Overseeing the overall budget for paid media
-Test and experiment with new Facebook advertising features and techniques to identify new opportunities for growth
-Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
-Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
-Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
-Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stay up-to-date with changes in ad platform policies, new features, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend actionable insights to improve future ---------- PENSATION:

The position will include a three-month training and onboarding period, which will be compensated at $7 per hour for the first three months given your experience.

After this period, compensation will increase to USD 9 per hour for the next nine months of working under the current management to advance in their role (more time if needed).

After a year of working with our company, compensation will increase to $10 to $12 per hour USD, with annual promotions and raises to follow, and it can be higher given your level of success in the position.

Pay periods are on the 1st and 15th of each month. We will also reimburse your OFS PhilHealth and SSS self-payments on a monthly basis.

Over the next 3 - 5 years, this individual would progress in their role with more strategically focused responsibilities and manage a team at higher compensation ranging from $30,000 USD ($1.7M Philippine pesos) to $40,000 USD ($2.25M Philippine pesos) annually.
