Qualifications:
Must have experience in Customer Service Management (Rentals, hotel management, airbnbs etc)- Operations management such as administrative tasks such as but not limited to:
Price adjustment (important)
Cost Calculation
Customer service with booking and reservation
Respond to Emails, calls and text messages
Listing writing

Good to have:
Good communication skills
Experience in social media content, Rental postings, airbnb, VRBO, ---------- and other platforms..
Problem solving
DO it yourself attitude
Responsible
Does not need full supervision
