Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to law firms that have hired individuals recommended by us without informing us.

Key Responsibilities:
Contacting and following up with law firms in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring proper payment is received for services rendered.
Maintaining detailed and accurate collection records.
Working collaboratively with the BCG Attorney Search team to resolve any payment discrepancies.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in collections.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Resilient and able to handle rejection.
Highly motivated by financial gain.
