We are looking for a skilled Facebook advertiser who can help us with our social media marketing campaign. The ideal candidate should have experience in Facebook advertising and social media marketing. The job length is more than 6 months.

We're starting a new SMMA, but investing a lot of money, time, and contacts to get the business flying as soon a possible. What we’re looking for, is a person to take care of the 5 first clients doing the FB and Google Ads for them (in the mortgage and Real Estate niche). We both know that the most difficult for charging for your high-ticket services at the beginning is the likelihood that the client has in what you are offering due to the fact that you don’t have previous cases showing your results, so that’s why I’m looking for a person that does the Ad Management, and also let us use his case studies (better if it’s on the niche I told you) in the sales process in order to close good deals with good weekly retainer that you will fulfill.

The idea would be to go on a 50/50 for that first 5 clients, and after that see what can we do from that point, but I we can also arrive to a price to pay for the service if the split version doesn't fit you. I also have an insane Sales Person in the team so I can secure you that with the case studies and the fulfillment, we’re going to have big sales.
