Implementation Consultant (UAE Based)

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Take ownership of the accounts and manage their onboarding.
• Performing implementation planning and setup activities for projects.
• Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with ---------- .
• Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and the liaison between clients and Aulysius.
• Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into ---------- and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows.
• Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution.
• Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans.
• Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects.
• Partner with the sales team on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• 3+ Years in SaaS implementation consultant for the IT SaaS field
• Familiar with ----------
• Experience working with Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and App development is an advantage.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
