JOB OVERVIEW

General Position Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for delivery on the committed operational excellence for all the roll outs managed by the DCA Managed Services ---------- sential Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Roll Out Management responsibility highlights:
• Issuing attendance/ completions reports (online delivery)
• Issuing certificates & sending them to client or participants
• Coordinating with the instructional design team for the customization of materials
• Coordination of translations
• Managing the assessment process & follow up
• Managing the VOC and trainer feedback process - from compilation to analysis
• Assuring the help desk responsibility for participants
• Managing the update of the account's shared drive
• Supporting the Dale Carnegie Learning Management System

Delivery Management responsibility highlights:
• Sending out participant invites
• Updating the outlook invites for participants according to schedule changes
• Managing the assessment response collection process (sending assessments to respondents, following up on the response rate, analyzing the reports...etc.)
• Share Assessment results individually to participants and managers
• Assuring the help desk responsibility for the delivery team
• Ensuring the delivery team briefing process



Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proven work experience of 3 - 5 years (with a minimum of 3 years in business 2 business arena)
• Operations support needed
• Multi country support work (preferred)
• Managed services work experience
• Strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• Solid multi-cultural understanding specifically in EMEA and or APAC region(s) and businesses
• Successfully worked in agile positions would be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Experience working in a virtual team environment
• Experience "in" or "with" the Learning Industry preferred
• Computer use competency
• Must reside in EMEA or APAC
