Infringement - Intellectual Property Enforcement VA

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Intellectual Property Research Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and identifying infringing listings and websites that violate intellectual property rights.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and investigations to identify listings and websites that infringe upon our intellectual property.
2. Utilize various online tools and platforms to search for infringing content.
3. Prepare detailed reports documenting the findings and removals on day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

1. Basic experience or knowledge of Intellectual Property procedures.
2. Strong research and investigative skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Familiarity with Intellectual Property Infringements in Online platforms such as Marketplaces, Social Media, Websites

This is a full time position and requires you to work from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
