• Entering data and maintaining accurate records in Hubspot
• Providing administrative support to sales and customer service team
• Updating and maintaining customer databases
• Collaborating with the sales team to provide a high level of customer service
• Creating reports and analyzing data to improve sales strategies
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Guesty
• High level of proficiency in Hubspot
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in sales, scheduling, and customer service
• Proficient in Hubspot
• Familiarity with Guesty or other property management software
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Flexible schedule to work in EST time zones
• Experience working in a remote environment
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills
