Course Creator/Developer

We are seeking a highly organized and creative course builder to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality courses for our online learning platform. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to develop engaging and effective online courses that meet the needs of our learners.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine course objectives, content, and assessment strategies
Create course outlines, lesson plans, and learning activities
Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations
Write clear and concise course materials, including text, graphics, and audio scripts
Use instructional design principles and learning theory to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Test and refine courses to ensure they meet quality standards and learning outcomes
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to continuously improve course quality and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online learning and instructional design

Instructional Design experience
Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with multimedia content development, including video production, audio recording, and graphic design
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for learning and a commitment to delivering high-quality educational content
