First, a little about me...My main goal is to help entrepreneurs and business owners significantly impact this world without sacrificing their lives. So I surround them with the teams, and systems, to spread their message further and raise their income higher.

Next up....what am I looking for?

I'm seeking a part-time podcast VA to help us manage our podcast creation & content repurposing! This role may be for you if you have a strong background in podcasting tasks and understand how to create content that converts audiences into buyers.

Responsibilities:

*Keyword/topic research prior to show recording
*Editing podcast for audio quality and to remove filler words
*Creation of transcript, descriptions & show notes
*Content repurposing into engagement questions, quotes, blog posts & audiograms for website, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube & Facebook
* Guest workflow management
* Posting podcast content to social media channels via scheduler
* Analytics tracking on podcast performance & social media content
* Basic graphic design using Canva from templates
*Maintain podcast SOPs
*Suggestions for podcast strategy improvements

Strong written English skills are a must.


Other things to note:
- We work in EST time zone and while it’s not necessary for there to be full overlap, attending a monthly podcast meeting in EST time will be required.
