Responsibilities:
Source new Executive/Management recruitment assignments and promote current services through a variety of business development efforts on behalf of this specialized, North American based, Executive Recruitment agency.
Manage lead generation campaigns
Maintain accurate CRM database entries/edits
Develop, curate, and grow current and future lead pipelines
Establish connections with prospects through various channels, including
Follow-up on lead prospects using a variety of approaches
Set discovery call appointments between Recruiters and prospective new clients
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Recruitment Agency Lead Generation experience
Excellent English language communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in CRM, LinkedIn, as well as other social media channels and tools
Self-starter and multi-tasker able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Proven sales and persuasion ability
