AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Work directly with the e-commerce Manager and Team to develop processes, manage our Marketplace product portfolio, inventory, and listings performance, and execute strategies to grow sales on various e-commerce platforms, initially focusing on Amazon.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Updating our product portfolio whenever needed to guarantee the correct pricing, SKU information and branding

Creating new product listings and coordinating with other tea ---------- mbers to obtain optimal copywriting, graphic designs, videos, and images. Copywriting will be required

Monitoring the Seller/3PL/FBA fulfillment processes watching out for missed shipments, mistakes, and any gaps in our process

Supervising Seller feedbacks and products reviews, constantly communicating with our Consumer Service team to address potential issues

Running weekly reports on sales growth and listing performance and recommending the necessary changes to increase listing scores through regular and A+ content and keywords optimization

Performing monthly competitor analysis and market opportunities to launch new profitable products

Proactively engaging with other departments to gather feedback and pain points for evaluating how we can make our processes more refined and efficient

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be fluent in English, and have vital verbal and written communication skills to create copy for Marketplaces

Must be detail-oriented, organized, and with a positive attitude

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience selling with Amazon

Must have experience with Helium10 or any other marketplace optimization tool

Must have experience with SEO

Must have good knowledge of Excel to manage extensive data

Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience with BigCommerce or another e-commerce platform (preferred)

Experience in the B2B industry (preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree (asset)
