We are a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating amazing client onboarding experiences, establishing efficient internal processes, and driving overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Create exceptional client onboarding experiences that leave a lasting ---------- velop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to drive productivity and effectiveness.
Identify and implement strategies for streamlining operations and maximising efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflow and achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking out opportunities for enhancing processes and procedures.
Utilise our project management system, ClickUp, to manage and track projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Strong proficiency in ClickUp our project management system.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with both internal teams and clients.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and continuously raising the ---------- monstrated ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
