Amazon Operations Specialist & Supply Chain Manager -Opportunity for Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays & Bonus - PH Hrs

Hi! We are seeking a Full Time Supply Chain Manager to join our team. Pay is to be determined, depending on your experience level (PH Working Hours). We are an established (since 2018) and growing brand focused on Amazon FBA. There is room to grow in responsibility and pay with this position. We are looking for the right people to grow with our company!

Your main responsibilities will be:

Supply Chain Management - Coordinate orders with Chinese suppliers, freight forwarders, and inspections companies. Research new supply chain partners, get quotes, conduct supplier ---------- e tools such as Sostocked and Excel to create order forecasts, keep orders on schedule, ensure no stockouts. Work on creative solutions with suppliers to lower COGS, make product improvements, track shipments from China. Ensure product quality for each order and address issues with suppliers. Suggest system improvements and create SOP documentation.

Operations - Supply chain is your primary role, but you’ll also conduct some research projects and assist with some Operations tasks and projects.


Required skills:

This job involves managing important details. You must be VERY obsessed with details and comfortable with numbers.
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong research skills
Friendly and warm personality, good soft skills for working with suppliers
Critical thinker who takes initiative and doesn’t need a lot of supervision
Willing to learn new skills quickly
Able to juggle many projects and prioritize
Available to work with us long term (and have no other job obligations)
Data analytics experience

Preferred, but not required:

1+ years Amazon experience or ASVA training
2+ years supply chain or procurement experience

Most of your time you can work in your own time zone, at your own preferred hours! However, you must be available for a couple weekday meetings each week (7am-8am Philippine time).

We are looking for a loyal, Full Time tea ---------- mber who we can work with for the long term and develop a great working relationship. You will be paid weekly during the probationary period. After passing a probationary period, you will be eligible for additional perks:
