Lead Windows Developer

We're looking for a full-time lead Windows developer for a networking Startup. Their current lead developer is moving on, and they need a replacement. This is your chance to move into a lead developer role. You will have a couple of months to transition knowledge from the current developer, but then you're on your own. As the current application is mostly "done", the work will consist of upgrades, enhancements and fixes.

Most important: you need to have a pro-active attitude. As the lead developer, you'll need to be able to figure out answers to any questions that come up. The code you deliver must be 100? ---------- your application - explain to us why you meet these requirements, i.e. where did you build experience with the must-have technologies below. And, where did you gather the experience that makes you the right candidate for a lead development role?

Must-have:
- Senior (5+ years) experience in Windows C# / .NET development
- Experienced in building Windows Services
- Experienced in MAUI + Blazor
- Experienced in WPF
- Experienced in GraphQL
- Experienced in Gitlab CI
- Experienced in Wireguard
- Experienced in HTML/CSS
- Near-fluent in English
- Values quality code, security, maintainability & performance
- Pragmatic and pro-active attitude, self-starter
