Hello,
We are looking for an experience
Customer Service Requirements:
• Available 7 days a week (not counting important national holiday).
• Must be familiar with the Shopify/WooCommerce platform.
• Must have experience in managing an eCommerce customer service team
• Must have experience with Dropshipping
• Fluent English and communication skills and familiar with Slack
• Being able to have a positive and patient attitude when dealing with customers.
• Thoroughly understand our shipping, refund, and return policy.
• Being able to communicate everything between our team and the supplier
• Understand how to use G-MAIL
• Knowledge on how to use DeepL
