All N 1 Maid service , in business for over 2 decades, has outperformed its competition while providing VALUE and outstanding service for the people in ARIZONA . Because of accelerated growth, we are looking " to hand select 4-5" new retail salespeople to join our team.
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and results-oriented SALES Professionals with a "customer first" and "close the deal" mentality. As one of our sales professionals, you will assist current and potential All N 1 Services customers with their needs and problem solve to uncover additional opportunities to fit their upscale lifestyle. The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales and by creating an outstanding customer experience through a combination of in-depth product knowledge, a passion for doing the right thing, while generating repeat customers and new referrals.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you should be:

Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations- your own as well as ours.
Organized and detail oriented, with strong prioritization skills, and the ability to maintain your sales activity logs and work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the natural ability to easily establish and develop rapport and credibility with a wide range of potential customers.
Our compensation is comprised of hourly, commission.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (+ College is a plus)
Experience with computers and web-based systems
Experience selling preferred
3+years of customer service sales experience in a fast paced environment
