SEO Prospector/ Outreacher (With experience)

Are you an expert in SEO Prospecting & outreach? As a link builder, you must build quality links in order to emulate a natural link profile. You are focused on producing long-term outcomes, not short-term SEO rank spikes.

Join our growing search engine optimisation team while working within a fun and creative culture. The qualified individual we’re looking for should be outgoing and great with prospecting & outreach.

The link-building specialist we’re looking for should be up-to-date with recent search engine changes, including (but not limited to) Google Penguin and Panda updates and practice search engine-approved methods for building brand awareness that generates results.

Your Skill Requirements:
- Keeping outreach email conversations fresh through regular follow-ups.
- Populate the Link Building Planner spreadsheet to keep track of the status of each off-page article, dofollow link, and current link status.
- Do not use PBN’s, link-building farms, or any form of SEO black hat strategy. We expect the best quality of links, not quantity.
- Reverse engineer link profiles of our competitors for high-quality links.
- Scrutinizing our website and identifying linkable assets.
- You will be part of our team and represent the company online. Maintain a very high degree of professionalism when engaging in link-building on our behalf.
- Coordinate with our content writers; deliver listing article requirements to our own content writers


Position Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to your role - we will only accept full-time.
- You will work from your own location.
- You must have a fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
- You must have a fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must have exceptional English speaking & writing skills.
- You must have strong communication skills with the ability to hit deadlines while working autonomously. - poor communicators will not be a good fit for our business.
- You must be set up for weekly Zoom video calls with our team. A webcam is required.
- You must be comfortable using project management tools such as Asana.
- You must be comfortable using SEMRush
- You MUST NOT outsource this SEO work to anyone as this work must be done by you, no exceptions.

Pay Rates:
To start you will be given jobs on a contract basis until we can vet your work and reassure ourselves you are ready to be a full-time member of our highly skilled marketing team.

Hours and pay are subject to discussion based on your skills and experience: there is a great deal of opportunity for advancement the end goal is to find a long-term, well-remunerated employee.

-The FULL-TIME salary for this position is (700USD) per month (160 hours/month). However, we are happy to renegotiate this figure once we find the right applicant.
