Organisational development expert with proven experience and examples of working on the following

Creation of annual performance review documents for all levels of an organisation
Creation of Team development Plans for all levels of an organisation
Creation of Positions Description templates
Creation of reward and recognitions systems

We are also looking to develop a talent pool model for a Future Leaders Programme and in addition development plans, performance plans and performance reviews.

We are a recruitment agency with 3 brands, 17 offices.

If this person can complete this task we would like them to work on future projects ongoing for our business.

Must have examples of creating the above
Must speak fluent english
Must have a senior HR qualification
