Personal Assistant/VA

About You
You be my online personal assistant/VA. You will perform various tasks online ranging from web research, appointment setting, follow-up calls, data entry, etc. You are self-driven and not afraid to learn new things. You are very organized and can follow directions.
You are able to work guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis. I'm looking for someone to work a 3 hour block, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Pacific Time (PST). Guaranteed hours means you can bill me for the time we've agreed upon every day, even if I don't have any work for you (although I will likely always have work for you). The exact time block during PST hours, and the length of the guaranteed time block is negotiable.
There may be the opportunity to further increase the hours to full-time or near full-time in the future if desired. I am looking for someone I can work with permanently.
Responsibilities:
? Regular communication over Skype and email
? Scheduling meetings
? Sending emails on my behalf
? Data entry
? General web research
? Phone calls (following up, surveys)
? Hiring and managing other outsourcers (in the future)
? Other duties
Must Haves:
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Extremely detail oriented
? Ability to execute large number of very repetitive tasks without getting bored
? Great communication skills in a remote environment
? Availability of at least 15 hours a week
? Professional references (or samples of previous work experience)
Great to Have:
? Experience with Wordpress, local SEO, Craiglist ad postings, & digital marketing
