Senior Affiliate Manager

DrTalks is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to help grow and sale our Affiliate services. This role would be key to help to administer and organize Affiliate management and onboarding tasks. This resource would look to work across departments to enable high value processes for our Affiliate ---------- would be ideal to have technical as well as sales/account management experiences. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results on deadlines.

The Team: You’ll be joining a fully remote team. Your colleagues are located in different parts of the world. Together you’ll create successful summits.



Job Description:

- Monitor affiliate performance metrics on a daily basis and provide actionable insights based on internal data, partner insights, market trends and competitive landscape

- Provide Online Marketing team with comprehensive reports on affiliate performance along with recommendations on opportunities for growth

- Liaise with the Affiliate Marketing Team to develop new optimization approaches

- Identify, onboard and cultivate new affiliate relationships

- Ensuring they have submitted the needed forms and promotion dates for each summit they are promoting for.

- Creating affiliate accounts for speakers and affiliates

- Ensuring speaker and affiliates have all promotion assets they need to promote to their list

- Updating and monitoring Active Campaign, and/or Hubspot

- Coordinating cross promotions

- Recruit top health and wellness affiliates for consumer traffic sources in line with the company’s quarterly objectives.





Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an affiliate manager

- Good knowledge of affiliate email marketing

- Health and Wellness industry knowledge is preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 1-2 years' work experience in digital and/or affiliate marketing or marketing analytics

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communications

- Outstanding quantitative analysis skills, experience in data mining and data visualization is a plus

- Strong proficiency with Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas) and PowerPoint with an aptitude to learn affiliate platforms
