Franchise Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in site analysis, ocular inspection, and auditing to support our growing franchise operations. The Franchise Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all franchise locations meet the brand's standards and expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct site analysis to determine potential franchise locations
- Perform ocular inspections of potential and existing franchise locations
- Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Provide coaching and training to franchisees to improve performance and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to foster collaboration and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with franchisees, colleagues, and management to ensure successful implementation of strategies and initiatives
- Generate reports on franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in franchise management, with expertise in site analysis, ocular inspection, and auditing
- Has working experience working as Manager in a Fast Food Chain Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Willingness to travel extensively
- With a driver's license.
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila.
